Mr. Fernando Bucheli, Ambassador of the Republic of Ecuador to India, formally nominated Dr. Sandeep Marwah as the Chair of the Indo Ecuador Film and Cultural Forum under the aegis of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI).
