Shaheed Bhagat Singh Remembered During 14th Global Festival of Journalism & AVGC. Noida Film City, India: The spirit of patriotism and sacrifice filled the atmosphere at the 14th Global Festival of Journalism & AVGC Noida 2026 as the legendary freedom fighter Bhagat Singh was remembered with deep respect and admiration.

On this solemn occasion, the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Forum presented a specially designed poster of Bhagat Singh to distinguished dignitaries including H.E. Alonso Correa Miguel, Ambassador of Panama to India; Amrita Garg, Senior News Anchor & Content Producer, News Nation; Raj Kishor, National Editor, Amar Ujala; Dinesh Gautam, Sr. Executive Editor, TV9 Bharatvarsh; Pratyush Ranjan, Chief Editor – Digital AI & Fact-Checking at Press Trust of India; Prafulkumar Shrivastav, Founder of The Trending Podcast Show; and Parimal Kumar, Senior Journalist and Former Senior Special Correspondent at NDTV.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios**, spoke about the timeless relevance of Bhagat Singh’s ideals. “Shaheed Bhagat Singh was not only a revolutionary but also a thinker, writer, and visionary who believed in the power of ideas and communication. Remembering him during a global journalism festival is symbolic, as journalism too is a powerful tool for social transformation and nation-building,” said Dr. Marwah.

Dr. Marwah emphasized that young journalists must draw inspiration from the courage, integrity, and commitment displayed by Bhagat Singh in his fight for justice and freedom.
