ICMEI Congratulates Vietnam on Its Independence Day
Noida, India, 2nd September – The International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) proudly joins the people of Vietnam in celebrating their Independence Day, which falls on 2nd September. On this significant occasion, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of ICMEI and Marwah Studios, extends his heartfelt congratulations to H.E. Nguyen Thanh, the Ambassador of Vietnam to India, and the entire Vietnamese nation.
“We are honored to extend our warmest congratulations to H.E. Nguyen Thanh and the people of Vietnam on the occasion of their Independence Day. The bond between India and Vietnam is deeply rooted in shared history, culture, and mutual respect, and we at ICMEI are committed to nurturing and promoting this relationship,” said Dr. Marwah. He further added, “Vietnam has been a consistent and valuable partner in all our major events. Through art and culture, we believe we can promote love, peace, and unity around the world. Our collaborations have strengthened the cultural ties between the two nations, and we look forward to continuing this fruitful partnership.”
The celebration of Vietnam’s Independence Day not only marks a historical milestone for the country but also reflects the growing cultural and diplomatic ties between Vietnam and India. ICMEI has actively worked to foster closer relations between the two countries through numerous initiatives, particularly in the media, film, and cultural sectors. One such initiative is the Indo-Vietnam Film and Cultural Forum, which has played a crucial role in bridging the cultural gap between the two nations. The forum has successfully organized various film festivals, cultural exchange programs, and artistic collaborations that showcase the rich heritage of both countries.
The Indo-Vietnam Film and Cultural Forum stands as a testament to the longstanding partnership between India and Vietnam. It has facilitated greater cultural understanding and helped in highlighting the artistic expressions of both countries. Through film screenings, joint productions, cultural exhibitions, and talent exchange programs, the forum has created a unique platform where the two nations can come together to celebrate their shared cultural values.
Dr. Marwah also emphasized the role of art and media in building international friendships, noting that “Cinema and art transcend borders, languages, and cultures. Our mission is to use the power of creativity to unite people, and we are grateful for Vietnam’s participation in this noble cause. Together, we strive to create an environment where cultural diplomacy can pave the way for a more peaceful and harmonious world.”
As India and Vietnam continue to collaborate on various artistic and cultural projects, ICMEI remains committed to supporting these efforts through its extensive network in the global media and entertainment industry. The Chamber has been at the forefront of promoting international cultural exchanges, and its efforts with Vietnam have been widely recognized and appreciated.
